During the 10-Day Meditation Teacher Training at Satyam Shivam Sundaram Meditation School, there were moments when students learned the importance of sharing even during the most casual activities as a group.

Here, as you see in the pictures, the students are sharing over a tea session. At times, during the tea breaks, everyone would decide to sit around and share the little things that happened in their lives. It was just a simple exercise to keep everyone in the group connected with each other and make them feel like they ar home with people they have known all their lives. Shiva Girish, the master and mentor at Satyam Shivam Sundaram Meditation School always insists on creating a friendly, healthy atmosphere for people to feel comfortable when it comes to expressing their feelings and emotions, which is quite normal during the training as this training brings out a lot of suppressed emotions outside as we touch the most sensitive areas in our mind. Any past trauma, feelings or memories which have been haunting us but we never cared to fix them, need to be handled carefully and that’s exactly the purpose of this 10-Day Meditation teacher Training Course.
